Ready to manifest good things in your life? It starts with kickstarting your subconscious brain the moment you wake up in the morning.

 

Get intentional.


As you direct specific thoughts towards your subconscious mind, it will get to work for you; tuning in to opportunities, people, conversations and ideas that it might have filtered out previously.

But when is your subconscious mind the most susceptible to suggestion?  It may surprise you to know that the moment you wake up in the morning is the golden moment to tell your brain what you want and who you want to be.

The moment that your brain moves from sleep to wakefulness, it is still in a semi-hypnotic and rested alpha state. This frequency has been called the bridge to the subconscious, and it is a powerful moment to utilize for your benefit.

The problem is that most people fill this golden moment with affirmations that they do not want to impress on their subconscious mind like: I’m tired, I’m dreading today, I can’t do this today, I’m frustrated, I’m going to be late, etc. Sound familiar?

If you knew your subconscious mind was patiently waiting for you to wake up so that it could get direction for the day, would you still allow these thoughts to creep in?  If your days have not been as productive and focused as you want them to be, this golden moment in the morning might be part of the problem.

 


How to kickstart your subconscious to work for you, not against you.


Instead, the moment you wake up, force your brain to give you a clean slate.  There will be thoughts and checklists that will try to jump in.  Don’t let them.  There will be time for checklists later.

If you need help getting a clean slate, think of erasing a white board.

Now, say the affirmations in your mind that you really need for your day. I am confident, I am capable. I am beautiful. I am productive. I am unstoppable.  You can do this with your eyes still closed.

Then give yourself a moment to feel these affirmations flow through your body energy.

In only 2 minutes, you have just given yourself the best start to your day. Your subconscious mind will now look for ways to provide you with validation of these thoughts. 

When you make a habit of being aware of these first morning thoughts and create your own “today story” instead of letting your thoughts run wild, you will start to see massive positive changes in your life.  Try it for 30 days and witness the beautiful transformation for yourself!
